A4458 is an attempt to ban 3D printed firearm plans

S3079 would make it illegal to have a firearm that can be accessed by anyone under 18

S2971 is an attempt to ban 3D printed firearm plans

A4449 would make it a crime for a prohibited person to try and persuade a firearm dealer to sell the a gun

S3707 would increase the fee for a firearms purchaser identification card from $5 to $100, the application fee for a permit to purchase a handgun for each handgun purchased from $2 to $50 and the application for a permit to carry a handgun fee from $20 to $200

A5229 would prohibit organizations from using firearms or firearm related items as raffle prizes

SCR163 is a resolution urging congress to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act but the newest version has an anti-gun section that would expand who would be prohibited to possess firearms in domestic situtations

S3580 would require elementary schools to offer the Eddie Eagle Gunsafe program

S3706 would add another 2.5% tax on firearm sales and a 10% tax on ammunition

A5179 would require anyone applying for a firearm license to read and sign a document that states that having a firearm in the home is dangerous and that they understand the risks

A5329 would require law enforcement when an non-citizen tries to apply for a firearms purchase card or a handgun permit

A5453 would make people convicted of attempted crimes, or conspiracy to commit crimes prohibited persons

A5455 would require people buying ammunition to show a second ID and would require dealers to maintain an electronic database of all sales

A5452 would make firearm purchase cards good for four years and would require proof of training

S3898 would require another form of identification when buying ammunition

ACR236 is a resolution asking congress and the president to toughen gun laws

S3879 would make straw purchases 'more illegal' and would require anyone intending to transfer the firearm they are buying to another person to fill out a state mandated form

S3876 would add additional restrictions and requirements to get a firearm purchaser card

S3942 clarifies and eases reasons a person may stop when lawfully transporting a firearm

A5573 would make it illegal to buy ammunition over the internet, mail order or any other way that isn't a face to face transaction

A5952 would require anyone that moves into the state to apply for a firearm license and register their firearms within 30 days

A6003 would require anyone who owns a firearm to have liability insurance
