Title: Relating to dangerous weapons

Description: The purpose of this bill is to permit a teacher who holds a valid concealed deadly weapon license to carry the weapon on school property for the protection of students and school employees if approved in writing by the county board of education and the teacher has passed drug testing. The bill provides that the teacher’s name may not be published as the holder of a license to carry a concealed deadly weapon. The bill also makes stylistic changes.
