Title: Establishing oversight and a database for seizures and forfeitures by law enforcement agencies

Description: The purpose of this bill is to provide legislators with the information necessary for basic oversight of members of the executive branch law-enforcement agencies who seize and forfeit private property under state and federal forfeiture laws. It requires the Superintendent of the West Virginia State Police to maintain databases concerning that information.
