Title: Firearm, crossbow or bow and arrow; shooting in or across road or street, penalty.
Description: Shooting in or across road or in street. Provides that a person who possesses a loaded firearm, crossbow, or bow and arrow for the purpose of hunting in any road or street of a city or town is guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
