Description: Concealed handgun permits; records. Provides that any references to the issuance of a concealed handgun permit in any order book before July 1, 2008, are exempt from the requirement that such orders be withheld from public disclosure. The bill also directs circuit court clerks to issue replacement permits to permit holders who undergo a lawful name change.
