Title: Concealed handgun permits; no fees charged for replacement.

Subject: Crimes and Offenses Generally: Weapons

Description: Replacement concealed handgun permits. Provides that no fees shall be charged for the issuance of a replacement concealed handgun permit because the permit holder has changed his address (currently subject to a maximum fee of $10) or to replace a lost or destroyed permit (currently subject to a maximum fee of $5).
