Subject: Courts Not of Record: Crimes and Offenses Generally: Weapons: Clerks of Courts

Description: Concealed handgun permit applicant; access to information. Allows a clerk of a circuit court to disclose information contained in a concealed handgun permit application to the applicant. Currently, the clerk may not disclose such information to anyone except a law-enforcement officer acting in the performance of his official duties.
