Description: Commissioners and deputy commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission; carrying a concealed weapon; carrying a weapon in a courthouse. Permits commissioners and deputy commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission to carry a concealed weapon wherever they may travel in the Commonwealth and exempts such persons from the prohibition on carrying firearms in a courthouse.
