Title: Firearms; failure to report those lost or stolen, penalty.

Subject: Crimes and Offenses Generally: Weapons

Description: Lost or stolen firearms; failure to report; penalty. Provides that any person who fails to report to the appropriate local law-enforcement agency the loss or theft of a firearm he owns or lawfully possesses within 24 hours of the time that he knew or resaonably should have known of such loss or theft is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
