Title: Concealed handgun permit; disqualification, driving illegally after consumption of alcohol.

Subject: Alcoholic Beverage Control Act: Crimes and Offenses Generally: Motor Vehicles: Concealed Weapons: Handguns

Description: Disqualification for a concealed handgun permit; persons under 21 driving after illegally consuming alcohol. Disqualifies a person convicted or adjudicated delinquent of driving after illegally consuming alcohol as a person under the age of 21 or adjudicated delinquent of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated within the three-year period immediately preceding the application from obtaining a concealed handgun permit. Current law disqualifies persons convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated within the three-year period immediately preceding the application from obtaining a concealed handgun permit.
