Title: Concealed handgun permit; extends period of validity.

Description: Concealed handgun permit; period of validity. Extends from five years to 10 years the period during which a concealed handgun permit remains valid. The bill also provides that if a valid concealed handgun permit holder presents a written notice of a change in identifying information on a form provided by the Department of State Police to the clerk of the court who issued such permit, then such clerk shall issue a replacement permit specifying the permit holder's new information.
