Subject: Appropriations: Crimes and Offenses Generally: Firearms: Drunk Driving: Boats and Boating
Description: Purchase or transportation of firearm by persons convicted of operating a boat or vehicle while intoxicated prohibited; penalty. Provides that any person who, within a five-year period, has been convicted of two misdemeanor driving or boating while intoxicated offenses shall be ineligible to purchase or transport a handgun.
