Title: Machine guns; owned by a trust.

Subject: Crimes and Offenses Generally: Police, State: Weapons: Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries

Description: Machine guns owned by trust. Provides that a trust is included in the types of entities that may lawfully possess a machine gun. The bill also provides that any certificate of registration for a machine issued by the Superintendent of State Police prior to July 1, 2014, is declared to be valid as to the individual or entity named in the certificate.
