Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39; Title 49 and Chapter 367 of the Public Acts of 2023, relative to school safety plans.

Subject: Local Education Agencies

Description: As introduced, requires each district-wide school safety plan and building-level school safety plan to prohibit the possession, carrying, or storage of firearms or firearm ammunition on school property by students; eliminates the authorization to transport or store a firearm or firearm ammunition in a motor vehicle if doing so would be in violation of a school safety plan. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 49 and Chapter 367 of the Public Acts of 2023.
