Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, relative to firearms.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, changes, from February 1, 2025, to January 1, 2025, the date by which the department of safety must report to the chair of the judiciary committee of the senate and the chair of the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives the number of handgun safety courses provided, or expected to have been provided, to persons under a fee reimbursement program during the preceding year. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
