Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, relative to firearms.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, prohibits law enforcement agencies from participating in firearms buyback programs that do not offer 75 percent or more of fair market value for firearm being surrendered; authorizes law enforcement agencies to accept donations to provide incentives for individuals to participate in firearm safety training. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
