Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 54 and Title 8, Chapter 47, relative to the Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act.

Subject: Remedies and Special Proceedings

Description: As introduced, creates a civil action against any government entity, official, employee, or agent that violates a person's right to bear arms under the Tennessee Constitution or United States Constitution; specifies such a violation may be prosecuted as official oppression; provides for injunctive relief; clarifies that the enforcement of any law is not considered a violation. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 54 and Title 8, Chapter 47.
