Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 37 and Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, relative to the transfer of firearms.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, creates the Class A misdemeanor offense of illegal transfer of a firearm to a prohibited possessor, which is committed when a person intentionally transfers a firearm to another who is known or should be known to be prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm by federal or state law. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
