Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 67, Chapter 6, relative to taxation of gun safes and gun safety devices.

Subject: Taxes, Sales

Description: As enacted, creates a sales tax holiday for the retail sale of gun safes and gun safety devices if sold between 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2021, and 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2022. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6.
