Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, relative to threats of mass violence.

Subject: Criminal Offenses

Description: As introduced, creates the Class E felony of knowingly threatening to commit an act of mass violence against another and frightening the other person; classifies the offense as a hate crime, to be punished one classification higher than otherwise provided, if the offense was committed by carrying a firearm into certain venues. - Amends TCA Title 39.
