Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, relative to firearms.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, deletes an exception to the offense of carrying a firearm with the intent to go armed for persons carrying, whether openly or concealed, a handgun if the person lawfully possesses the handgun, is in a place where the person is lawfully present, and the person meets certain age requirements. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
