Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, relative to possession of firearms.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, creates a Class D felony offense for a person to unlawfully possess a firearm, or firearm ammunition, while under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term of one year or more. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
