Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38, Chapter 8, relative to retired law enforcement officers.

Description: As introduced, increases from $5.00 to $6.00 the maximum fee that a sheriff may charge a retired law enforcement officer for taking the officer's fingerprints to run a background check on the officer for purposes of authorizing the officer to carry a firearm under federal law. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 8.
