Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Chapter 108 of the Public Acts of 2021, relative to carrying firearms.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, deletes the affirmative defense to unlawfully carrying a firearm for persons who lawfully possess a handgun but are not handgun carry permit holders. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Chapter 108 of the Public Acts of 2021.
