Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38, relative to carrying of firearms by certain persons.

Subject: Law Enforcement

Description: As introduced, deletes the requirement that a retired law enforcement officer submit to a criminal history records check in order to carry a firearm in the same manner as an active law enforcement officer under federal law. - Amends TCA Title 38.
