Description: As introduced, requires TACIR to perform a study and make recommendations to the general assembly regarding incentives to encourage and facilitate the relocation of manufacturers of ammunition components to this state. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 13; Title 64 and Title 67.
