Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 14 and Title 39, Chapter 17, relative to firearm safety.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, specifies that classes that qualify as training for issuance of an enhanced handgun carry permit or concealed handgun carry permit must include training on the use of gun locks. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 14 and Title 39, Chapter 17.
