Description: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for sale or transfer of firearms and for licensing of dealers and providing for security camera, for lost and stolen firearm reporting requirements and for inspection of retail firearm dealer licensees and grant program; establishing the Retail Licensee Inspection Fund and the Firearm Dealer Safety Grant Program; imposing penalties; and making an appropriation.
