Title: Relating to firearms in school zones; declaring an emergency.

Description: Defines "school zone." Provides that person who knowingly possesses or discharges firearm in school zone commits Class C felony punishable by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Defines "school zone." Specifies exceptions. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
