Title: Relating to activity bans during periods of fire danger.

Description: Bans use or discharge of exploding targets, tracer ammunition or fireworks on land owned by public body during periods established by certain State Forester declarations relating to fire danger. Makes violation subject to maximum of one year's imprisonment, $1,000 fine, or both.
