Title: Relating to concealed handgun license reciprocity.

Description: Directs Department of State Police to create and maintain list of states that recognize Oregon concealed handgun licenses and require demonstration of handgun competency to obtain license that is similar to requirement in Oregon. Provides persons licensed to carry concealed handgun in states on department list with protections provided to persons with Oregon concealed handgun licenses.
