Title: Bar prohibiting commercial sale of firearms and ammunition

Subject: Commerce: Crimes, Corrections, and Law Enforcement : Firearms: State and Local Government : Local Government: State and Local Government : Public Officials and Employees

Description: To enact section 9.71 of the Revised Code to generally bar public officials from prohibiting all federally licensed firearms dealers in the state or a specified geographic area from the commercial sale or transfer of firearms or their components or ammunition.
