Title: Revise concealed handgun licensee requirement to notify upon stop

Subject: Crimes, Corrections, and Law Enforcement : Firearms: Transportation : Traffic Offenses

Description: To amend sections 2923.12, 2923.126, 2923.128, and 2923.16 of the Revised Code to modify the requirement that a concealed handgun licensee must notify a law enforcement officer that the licensee is authorized to carry a concealed handgun and is carrying a concealed handgun when stopped.
