Title: Enacts "Francesco's law" which establishes that a person is guilty of failure to safely store rifles, shotguns, and firearms in the presence of a minor in the second degree if such improper storage leads to an individual under the age of 18 injuring themselves or another and in the first degree if such storage leads to an individual under the age of 18 killing themselves or another.
