Title: Directs the office of mental health, in consultation and cooperation with the education department, to establish the urban youth gun violence reduction pilot program; provides for the implementation of such program within 24 schools in 5 school districts in the state; provides each such school shall have an additional social worker; requires youth mental health first aid training be provided to teachers, professionals and after care workers in such schools; provides for the establishment of mental health curriculum in such schools.
