Description: An Act To Criminalize The Discharge Of A Firearm Within Or Into The Limits Of Any Municipality; To Provide That A Person Convicted Of Discharging A Firearm Within Or Into The Limits Of Any Municipality May Be Sentenced To A Term Of Imprisonment Under Certain Circumstances; To Provide For A Civil Penalty Imposed By The Municipality In Certain Circumstances; To Provide Exceptions To The Crime; To Define Terms; And For Related Purposes.
