Description: An Act To Amend Section 45-9-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Decrease Certain Fees For Licensees Under The Concealed Weapons Law; To Exempt Active Duty Members Of The Armed Forces Of The United States From Payment Of The License Fee And Renewal Fee; To Require The Commissioner Of Public Safety To Create Rules And Regulations For Licenses Issued To Retired Law Enforcement Officers; To Provide Guidelines For Receipt Of Such Licenses; And For Related Purposes.
