Description: An Act To Be Known As Keyaurdra's Law; To Create New Section 97-37-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That All Center-fire Pistol And Rifle Cartridges Sold In Mississippi Bear A Unique Identifying Mark; To Require Sellers Of Ammunition To Keep Records As To The Purchaser Of Such Ammunition By Serial Number Or Other Unique Identifying Mark; And For Related Purposes.
