Description: An Act To Amend Section 97-37-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify Eligibility For An Instructor-certified Concealed-carry License; To Amend Section 97-37-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Holders Of An Instructor-certified Concealed-carry License To Carry A Concealed Weapon On Educational Property; To Amend Section 45-9-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow A Person Who Is At Least 18 Years Of Age To Obtain An Instructor-certified Concealed-carry License; And For Related Purposes.
