Description: An Act To Amend Section 45-9-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Person Who Is A Member Of Any Active Or Reserve Component Branch Of The United States Armed Forces And Possesses A Valid Military Identification Card Verifying Such Membership May Carry A Stun Gun, Concealed Pistol Or Concealed Revolver Without The Requirement Of Obtaining A License Under This Section; And For Related Purposes.
