Description: An Act To Amend Section 45-9-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That No County, Municipality Or Political Subdivision Thereof Shall Adopt Any Ordinance, Rule Or Regulation Restricting The Possession, Sale, Purchase, Transfer, Licensing, Manufacture, Ownership Or Use Of A Knife, Knife Making Components Or Knives In A Manner More Restrictive Than Provided By Law; To Amend Section 45-9-53 And 45-9-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
