Description: An Act To Prohibit Enforcement Of The Laws Not Duly Adopted By The United States Government Regarding Firearms, Accessories Or Ammunition; To Provide Civil Penalties For Officials, Agents Or Employees Who Violate This Act; To Provide That This Act Does Not Apply To The Enforcement Of Federal Law For The Sole Purpose Of Transferring Firearms; To Authorize The Attorney General To Defend Mississippi Residents Who Comply With The Provisions Of This Act; To Amend Sections 45-9-101, 97-37-5, 97-37-7, 97-37-31, 97-37-103 And 97-37-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity And For Related Purposes.
