Description: An Act To Authorize Each Judge And Justice Of This State To Exclusively Regulate The Possession Of Firearms And Weapons In His Or Her Own Courtroom Regardless Of Any Municipal, County Or Other Regulation To The Contrary; To Amend Sections 97-37-7 And 45-9-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
