Description: Prohibiting public inspection of the records of specified regulated firearm dealers, owners, and permit holders; authorizing the individual named in the record and the individual's attorney to view specified records; and providing that the Act does not prohibit the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services and the Department of State Police from accessing specified records in the performance of official duties.
