Description: Prohibiting a person, while in or having just exited a motor vehicle, from recklessly discharging a firearm at or toward another motor vehicle or building or at or toward another person or an occupied building or motor vehicle; and requiring the forfeiture of a specified motor vehicle subject to specified requirements.
