Description: Amend KRS 527.010 to define "assault weapon"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 527 to prohibit the possession of an assault weapon by a person under 21 years of age unless the person is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or a law enforcement officer; prohibit sale or transfer of an assualt weapon to a person under 21 years of age; create penalties.
