Title: AN ACT relating to the destruction of firearms.

Description: Amend KRS 500.090 to require that confiscated firearms be kept for official use or destroyed rather than auctioned; amend KRS 237.090 to comply; amend KRS 150.120 to require Fish & Wildlife to keep confiscated firearms for official use or destroy them, rather than selling the firearms; amend KRS 95.435, 147A.002, 244.190, 376.275 to conform; repeal KRS 16.220 and 500.093 to conform.
