Description: Lawful carry by state elected officials and staff. Permits a member of the general assembly, professional staff of the general assembly, and a state officer to carry a handgun within the state capitol building and on the property of the Indiana government center campus if the person is not prohibited from carrying a handgun by state or federal law.
