Title: CRIM CD-EMS-DEFINITION

Description: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Redefines various statutes concerning bodily harm directed against emergency medical services personnel. Changes various references from "emergency medical technician" to "emergency medical services personnel" in the Bodily Harm and Deadly Weapons Article of the Code. Effective immediately.
