Title: CRIM CD-FIREARM SUPPRESSOR

Description: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that it is unlawful for any person to possess a suppressor for any firearm that has had its serial number removed or altered. Provides that a violation is a Class 3 felony. Effective immediately.
